Product Description

The Single-Head Solar Panel Cleaning Machine is a portable handheld cleaning device designed specifically for photovoltaic (PV) power plant O&M. Featuring a single-head rotary disc brush and a high-strength aluminum alloy telescopic pole, a single operator can complete spray-brushing of ground-mounted and rooftop PV modules. With a total weight of approximately 5kg, it is lightweight and flexible, fully replacing traditional manual mop cleaning methods.

Equipped with a brushless motor, the brush head achieves a rotation speed of 350~380 RPM, improving cleaning efficiency by over 90% compared to traditional methods and significantly increasing PV panel power generation by 7%~30%.The brush head angle self-adapts to keep the brush fully in contact with the panel surface, ensuring even cleaning pressure and preventing damage to modules. The machine features a waterproof design with an integrated spray system that can connect to a water source for simultaneous spraying and brushing, effectively removing dust, bird droppings, salt-alkali stains, and leaf debris.

The device supports three power supply options: lithium battery version (24V/26Ah, approximately 68 hours runtime), mains version (220V to 24V DC), and dual-power version, allowing users to choose flexibly based on working scenarios. The telescopic pole is made of 34 sections of aluminum alloy, 1mm wall thickness, maximum tube diameter 40mm, collapsing to a minimum of 158cm for easy transport and storage.

Application Scenarios

Small-Scale PV Power Stations — Daily cleaning and maintenance of small-area, short-distance PV modules; lightweight and flexible, operable by a single person

Distributed Rooftop PV — Suitable for cleaning residential and commercial rooftop PV arrays, with telescopic poles covering low-altitude rooftop areas

Agrivoltaic / Aquavoltaic Power Stations — Suitable for cleaning PV modules on elevated piles, ponds, and other special terrains; connects to water source for spray-brushing

Mountainous PV Power Stations — Adapts to local cleaning and edge-area maintenance of PV arrays in complex terrains

Localized Deep Cleaning of PV Modules — Targeted removal of heavy soiling such as bird droppings and oil stains; single-head design is more flexible and lighter than dual-head models

PV O&M Service Companies — As a low-cost, highly portable O&M tool for rapid response to multi-point, small-scale cleaning tasks

System Components

The device consists of a single-head rotary brush assembly (including nylon bristles, rotating shaft, and waterproof motor), high-strength aluminum alloy telescopic pole (3~4 sections), integrated spray system (including 24V/100W water pump and water pipe), lithium battery pack / power adapter, control handle, and shoulder strap assembly. The device supports connection to an external water source (water pipe length options: 16m/20m/50m), achieving integrated spray-brushing operation through pump pressurization. The lithium battery version is equipped with a backpack-style battery pack; the mains version includes an AC 100~240V to DC 24V power adapter; and the dual-power version supports both power supply modes simultaneously.

FAQ
FAQ
  • Q : How much money can a C&I energy storage system save my business?
A : Savings depend on your electricity consumption, local peak/off-peak price differentials, and system capacity. For a 215kWh system with one charge-discharge cycle per day, assuming a price differential of $0.10/kWh, a single cycle can save approximately $21.50. Actual returns vary by local utility rates and load profiles. We can provide a customized ROI analysis for your business.
  • Q : How do I choose the right storage capacity for my business?
A : Capacity selection is based on two key factors: peak load power (determines PCS rating) and energy shifting demand (determines battery capacity). Typically, we analyze your past 12 months of utility bills to calculate maximum demand and off-peak charging needs. We recommend leaving about 20% capacity margin for future load growth.
  • Q : What is the typical payback period for a C&I ESS?
A : The payback period for C&I energy storage projects is typically 3–6 years, depending on local peak/off-peak price differentials, system costs, government incentives, and your company's self-consumption capability. With declining battery costs and ongoing power market reforms, payback periods continue to shorten.
  • Q : Liquid-cooled vs. air-cooled – which should I choose?
    A : Here's a quick comparison:
Liquid-cooled series: Provides precise thermal control with temperature differences maintained within < 3°C, significantly extending battery cycle life and improving efficiency in high-temperature environments. Ideal for high-density, high-power projects.
Air-cooled series: Mature technology with lower upfront investment and simpler maintenance. Suitable for small to medium-sized projects or cost-sensitive applications.
